Outsourcing and leadership is destroying the company. Operates like we are going out of business. Was a great place to work and benefits from the past are there. The pay has not kept up with inflation.

The changes are constant but unvetted. There is no a/b testing and major shifts occur without notice that deeply impact pipeline. Leadership is kind and transparent, but often too full of sales hope and not sales strategy. Pay has been reduced and layoffs are eminent.

Overall my experience has been positive. As a 1st time job in inside sale, Verizon has provided the salary and comp that has allowed me to start and build a family.
