Too much change in a small period of time. Doesn’t really know ICP and marketing hasn’t assisted like they once did. Need to have a hunter mentality

My experience was a few years ago. Essentially the sales and account teams secured intent to purchase from top 60% of targeted customers but unable to close ultimately as the product was never developed and ready for actual use. Deal process came to a screeching halt at the point they wanted to see a live demo of working product end to end.
