My experience was a few years ago. Essentially the sales and account teams secured intent to purchase from top 60% of targeted customers but unable to close ultimately as the product was never developed and ready for actual use. Deal process came to a screeching halt at the point they wanted to see a live demo of working product end to end.

Poor, runs like a start up although its pubic with too much of a marketing budget and not enough of a sales one. Product rules this company and instead of focusing on what works the CEO cares to focus on "the next big thing".
