There was a change of CEO and the company has been falling apart ever since. Very bad culture. Many are dismissed or leave. Poor management that has no idea about sales or leadership. Major problems with the product. 90% of customers churn.

You need a whale to hit your number, which is fleeting and increasingly hard to find with Veracode continuously slipping in the market. They simply refuse to to address obvious shortcomings compared to the market, opting instead to buy irrelevant startups. VP is solid, other reps are great, no one makes money.

The culture prior to executive shuffle was amazing. It seems to be losing it self to the corporate/PE world. Things feel weird. I think we need strong CEO leadership with a great vision. Great COO for execution. Great Marketing and Sales leadership. Great CTO/CPO and this company can take off again.
