Former Employee Leadership is severely lacking. There’s a clear disconnect between upper management and the day-to-day reality of the teams. Decision-making often feels reactive and out of touch, with little to no transparency or communication. Feedback from employees rarely leads to meaningful change, and leadership tends to prioritize short-term optics over long-term stability or team morale.
