Leadership is severely lacking. There’s a clear disconnect between upper management and the day-to-day reality of the teams. Decision-making often feels reactive and out of touch, with little to no transparency or communication. Feedback from employees rarely leads to meaningful change, and leadership tends to prioritize short-term optics over long-term stability or team morale. As a result, the culture suffers and so does performance.

Vention is a perfect company to join if you are looking to join a scale-up that could change an entire industry. Hard work, average culture but awesome people. Decent pay.

Incentive Comp and Target attainment have improved dramatically over the past 12 month, as the size of the sales team has halved due to layoffs and only the best sales reps have remained.
