My experience at Buchi was that the main product the rotavapor was not as competitive as it used to be. This caused sales to drop. This caused management to overload a skeleton crew team with work. Very well organized company with lots of tools, resources and people to support your success. Being a smaller sales team does allow for constant innovation and more frequent changes to conducting business. The role caters to flexible individuals with good work ethic and ambition to succeed. Overall a great organization to be a part of and grow your career.
