Overall experience is a bit of a mixed bag. The product is solid and is considered a market leader. This biggest issue would be the micro managing style from direct managers to the upper management. There seems to be a disconnect between upper management and their decisions as a company and individual contributors and their direct managers.

Leadership this year in 2023 is absolutely abysmal. Entirely new C-suite put in place by the investment firm that owns us, new CEO and CRO from Microsoft making changes as if they were still at Microsoft and it's killing Veeam business.
