Leadership this year in 2023 is absolutely abysmal. Entirely new C-suite put in place by the investment firm that owns us, new CEO and CRO from Microsoft making changes as if they were still at Microsoft and it's killing Veeam business. Channel relations are getting burned, quotas are extremely high this year and very unobtainable, "70% is the new 100%" has become the phrase of the year. Lots of money going to the house. Culture going down, lots of people quitting without a backup plan just to quit the company.
