Upper management has no idea what an actual day to day is. Middle management is stretched thin. Leads are not what they used to be, marketing is asking everyone else to do their job. With all the out sourcing going on there is no job security or stability. Used to be a great company, now it's washed up and most the culture in it's way to get to the public status.

My overall experience at Veeam was good. Their pay scale needs an upgrade, however their product is an excellent fit for the majority of use cases. Between the product, people and (due to Covid) the remote/hybrid flexibility, I'd recommend Veeam to a colleague, as long as the attainment goals aren't impossible to meet (as a former employee, I'm unsure given the new...Read More
