My overall experience at Veeam was good. Their pay scale needs an upgrade, however their product is an excellent fit for the majority of use cases. Between the product, people and (due to Covid) the remote/hybrid flexibility, I'd recommend Veeam to a colleague, as long as the attainment goals aren't impossible to meet (as a former employee, I'm unsure given the new leadership).

I would like us in Mexico to have the same opportunities and benefits as the United States, by not being hired directly by Veeam, which affects us all.
