Overall, being an Account Executive at Veeam is a good opportunity. The product is best-in-class and an easy sell. My only complaint is that your experience as an AE will vary greatly depending on what team you are on. The SMB team often feels like the black sheep of the sales org, unfortunately. Promoting/lateral movement to other teams is possible with good performance.

Great company becoming too corperate. Has freedom, but has now the first flaws of micro management. A waste of talent as the new generation needs accountability instead of KPI paranoia.

Leadership this year in 2023 is absolutely abysmal. Entirely new C-suite put in place by the investment firm that owns us, new CEO and CRO from Microsoft making changes as if they were still at Microsoft and it's killing Veeam business.
