Great company becoming too corperate. Has freedom, but has now the first flaws of micro management. A waste of talent as the new generation needs accountability instead of KPI paranoia.

Great product though its becoming increasingly commoditised. Culture while good has declined in my time here. Many are waiting for an IPO but market conditions don't support it yet.
