How's the Account Management team? Enterprise AM seems like it could be a decent spot to land there

Heavy churn on reps. Hard to hit number and not much help from sales leadership. Wouldn’t recommend if you are easily stressed and don’t like self prospecting.

That’s a sales role. Responsible for new and renewal business. It’s a great role if you love be held accountable to every minute of your day. Your managers and their leadership will require you to have them on every email you send and meeting with a client.

By far the worst company and role I’ve ever worked for as an Enterprise AM. They are very good at selling the potential of the role, but very few rep achieve anywhere close and alot of the central US Enterprise AMs have turned over in the past 18 months. Also, review employment agreement closely.

High pressure, high micromanagement, and high turnover.

Company culture is very pure. Lot of micromanagement with crazy reporting. Solution is valid but with an unrealistic list price. No attention to territories with deep negative multiplier in case of discounts. Extremely hard to achieve quota. Top performers are mainly from certain US area.

Depends on the territory. Overall the Varonis product is solid and that in itself makes the role impactful. A lot of the top reps were on the commercial sales/smb team prior to the enterprise role. Its a solid place to land if you're disciplined and have a strong sales methodology. If you're looking to get coaching/have your manager develop you in the role outside of the Varonis messaging/product -- you will most likely struggle.

The product is solid and there is a need for the solution which always helps.  The downsides are that you are put under immense pressure from the get go and have to deliver.  There is a lot of top down micro management sometimes from 2 or 3 levels above directly to the AM.  If you are thick skinned and can handle the pressure you'll do well. That being said you need a decent patch.
