New quotas for 2024 and unreasonable for my role. Only 2/12 members have hit quota a single month in 2024. Good work is not praised, general sentiment of not doing enough despite hitting the kpi’s. Misalignment of leadership with products, market fit, customers. This all has lead to general negativity at the office.

Leadership is in a constant state of confusion, makes rash decisions, and has no regard for employees. Very high churn rate while I was there. Excellent products, though.
