This company has numerous internal challenges. The ‘leadership’ is nothing but cheerleaders who offer zero coaching or development rather they cheer and constantly ask for more. They strongly support working extend hours and weekends. The various departments don’t work together and upper management and top leadership is clueless of the current situation ‘on the ground’.

Vacasa has been it's own worst enemy. Striving to be a tech company in a traditional business field has caused identity problems and a scattered focus. Change fatigue is real.
