My overall experience was wonderful with amazing sales leaders and brilliant sales minds. The people - particularly the Directors, Regional Sales Managers and Sales Executives were top-notch.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. I achieved my personal best, exceeding goals while the company was plummeting. Culturally, it was a complete disaster once you were above the director level. Vacasa squandered massive talent and longevity to make a quick buck. The behemoth is falling like a rock.

The company had good support for Account Executives for the first few years I worked there. Then they completely got rid of the Outbound Sales Development team almost two years ago.
