Vacasa has been it's own worst enemy. Striving to be a tech company in a traditional business field has caused identity problems and a scattered focus. Change fatigue is real. Executives change frequently, teams are constantly shuffled and territories are realigned. It's so sad, the product was excellent and the culture was the best I've experienced. If they ever stop breaking things, it's a great place to work.

My overall experience was wonderful with amazing sales leaders and brilliant sales minds. The people - particularly the Directors, Regional Sales Managers and Sales Executives were top-notch.
