I truly enjoyed my experience at VMware. The culture that Pat established lasted for many years. VMware always put there people first and had a very strong leadership training program internally.

Great company, until the Broadcom acquisition happened. Great core products but Broadcom cloud slowed customer interest/adoption of new technologies. Products not integrated and there at times 2 or 3 products that did approximately the same thing.
