Large company with good values and I would say how you were treated really depended on your management team and BU. VMware looks after its employees but it could do better to help the sales team be more competitive out there and meet quotas.

Airwatch was acquired by VMware and they sucked the culture right out of the company. The pay was low, but the opportunity and culture were great
