My BDR Manager was unprofessional and not a leader. Our CloudHealth product was great. Those with top territories had an easier time hitting their quota, and those with less desirable states had a tougher time.

Total restructure following Broadcom acquisition. A lot of people including myself moved off Sales Plan and onto ABP. Sales Plan also now team based numbers and capped to 150% potential.

My experience with VMware was overall pretty solid. I joined as a contractor and worked there for almost 10 years. I did feel that my compensation was on the low side, and HR had very strict rules on your ability to be granted a raise. Culture was good and very solid perks.
