My overall experience was very good. My complaints would be very onerous internal processes, lots of ego's to deal with, and lengthy sakes cycle.

VMware invented vSphere which is literally used by every single Fortune 1000 company in the world. You get a conversation with every one of those companies and bundle other products with their renewals.
