I realize the Job market for sales is tough and saturated with layed of AE's AM's SDRS and CSMs. But you will not last more than 5 months. and having a short term Job hop wont look good. Upland is putting in effort to make the sales team worth being part of but is falling short. You could get put on a product that could sell itself or a product nobody has ever heard of.
