They are trying to build out a mid-market function for many products that have not been updated since pre-covid. The GTM function is not built out and it is hard to be successful here. Quotas are unobtainable, high turnover, lack of marketing support, and other functions of the business are siloed.

Nightmare zone. Dont bother with DSR Positions. Too many products and zero help from marketing or SDRs. If you wanna be a fukk time SDR and Full Time AE than this role is for you. Outbound outbound outbound. Hire and fire sales department
