UiPath is trying to find itself in a crowded AI market. Leading RPA vendor by a mile, but needs to fix internal internal / external marketing to really propel itself forward.

In my three years, the only constant was change. Internal power struggles and short term thinking run rampant. Product is late to deliver AI solutions to market. Large churn in the enterprise. There are a lot of great things about working at UiPath, but the company is in disarray

The good: Company has a good product that customers like. The ROIs are strong. Compensation package is very competitive. Fast growing company to 1.5B in revenue in just 5-6 years of enterprise selling. Despite a group of competitors gathering on horizon- UiPath is the best in class product in its market. UiPath is a good company to work for. The company is currently trying to figure out how to best compete with the large software firms, as we have won the RPA market and are in the process of pivoting to an AI first company.
