Micromanagement, inflexible Quotas, lack of work life balance due to the pressure to meet unobtainable KPI's. If you miss your sales quota for 1 quarter you will be performance managed with no consideration given to the fact that you exceeded your quota in the preceding quarters or the current market downturn. Unfortunately extremely talented AE's have been pushed out or are looking to leave as the culture is now toxic.

It's a mess right now. Terrible culture, high churn of AEs and managers. Not sure I would join. I am looking to GTFO.
