I believe I just came it a bad time since my manager was going on paternity leave and I only got to be under his leadership for 2 months before he left. Current Employee3.9Jun 14, 2024Fantastic people and culture. As revenue slows, the more micromanaged we have become. You spend more time updating SFDC than working deals. Hitting target is very difficult at the moment. Regions are unfairly distributed across reps. 1 person works one huge region alone, while 6 others work 1 region.
