In terms of what Udemy could work on is better pay (no salary increase in over 2 years) and also limited career progression for a learning company that is pretty poor.

Current Employee3.9Jun 14, 2024Fantastic people and culture. As revenue slows, the more micromanaged we have become. You spend more time updating SFDC than working deals. Hitting target is very difficult at the moment. Regions are unfairly distributed across reps. 1 person works one huge region alone, while 6 others work 1 region.
