There’s a lot of turnover per any sales org, but there have been new KPIs out in place, it’s much more challenging to hit quota now that it has to be in a business consideration stage before it’s qualified, and management does weekly “power hours” where they listen to your calls live and give active feedback- telling you what to say- while on a cold call. It’s gotten much more numbers focused and micro management has increased exponentially. Morale got pretty low as pressures increased.
