Overall the peers you have are what make this company. There’s a lot of turnover per any sales org, but there have been new KPIs out in place, it’s much more challenging to hit quota now that it has to be in a business consideration stage before it’s qualified, and management does weekly “power hours” where they listen to your calls live and give active feedback- telling you what to say- while on a cold call. It’s gotten much more numbers focused and micro management has increased exponentially. Morale got pretty low as pressures increased. Great job to learn is the silver lining with all of the enablement.
