Udemy is a great company to work and grow a career in sales. With learning & development being a "fluff" topic during the economic downturn, it makes for a challenging place to sell right now.

If youre in sales or CS do not work here. they have not adjusted quotas to fit the tough macro economic environment and think we're still living in the time where it only took one approval for customers to get deals done. also the base should be 100k from my research in 2022 so they are under market value

Layoffs happened recent. They also put people on pips every quarter for the past two years. If you need a start in tech it’s not bad but if you have experience look else where
