UPS has never been and never will be a top sales company. It is mainly an engineering company with sales jobs are combined with customer service. You are expected to only sell, which is unrealistic given the lack of customer service options given to customers. Overall, the culture significantly shifted with the introduction of a new CEO in 2020. Now it seems the only customers they are concerned with are their investors. I am unclear as to where the sales direction is leading regarding outside sales positions.

My experience was lackluster and boring. Training was long and not very useful. Leadership was supportive but uppermanagement was terrible
