Current Employee3.3Sep 15, 2023This company has completely fumbled its unicorn success, bungling everything it touches and that absolutely includes how they’ve run their Sales org. Everything is a mess and nothing indicates that it will getting better.

Former Employee2.6Apr 18, 2024Twilio is a very different company than it was a few years ago. Dominant in SMS but when the growth from COVID stopped it lost its way. 3 large layoffs in 18 months. Abrupt and radical changes in strategy, direction, leadership with very little communication.

Current Employee3.6Mar 20, 2024I've really enjoyed my time thus far at Twilio despite all of the ups and downs recently. The only thing i would change is how QUICKLY we change. Twilio could do with running some of their "experiments" a little longer before bailing on that strategy.
