Solid job. It's really hard to improve the place or have feedback listened to or accepted. Very complex product, sales and incentive structure. It feels like everyone is trying to find loopholes to exploit the comp plan or AE's aren't earning great because they are crushed by the complexity. The one constant is change and every year there is new complexity to try to understand. Overall the feeling is this place could be great, if we could stay out of our own way.

The organization was very disorganized internally and was very top-heavy in how they managed the teams. Huge disconnect between Senior leadership and those of us interacting with customers on a day to day basis.

Lack of quality leadership. No coaching, training of development available. No office to meet teams. Hard to see a long term future here as they only operate to optimise cost everywhere. Becoming less fun by the day.
