Twilio is a pillar and leader in the CpaaS marketplace. We own the market and the company is going through tons of changes from a sales comp perspective. Pipegen attainment is tough to learn and the product itself is complex and can solve alot of customer problems with a 6 month ramp of understanding. The Issues are with management and understanding of how we sell to certain types of customers and realistic product to industry fit. Once they figure this out it can be great again.

The company experienced tremendous growth during the early stages of Covid. Now that inbound leads have dried up there is still not a realistic GTM strategy. Company expects new logos to be closed as quickly as warm inbound leads.
