The company experienced tremendous growth during the early stages of Covid. Now that inbound leads have dried up there is still not a realistic GTM strategy. Company expects new logos to be closed as quickly as warm inbound leads.

The company is moving through a cultural change with a new direction because communication API's are not enough to differentiate in today's market. The technology stack across CDP, Call Center, Account Security....the leadership team is all over the place with not a clear direction of who we want to be.

Overall not a bad place to be, but leadership leaves a lot to be desired. Product is also lagging behind from being a leader, with competitors catching up.
