Overall they tout culture and "woke" concept but its not a sales culture or environment. This is a company built from developers with an engineer mindset and the company runs the same way. It is a lot draw the "owl" and figuring it out. There's no formal process in place to do things and ultimately alot of tribal knowledge is gone with the layoffs they've made....Read More
