It was a great company while I had a great manager. Part of the first round of layoffs it was unfortunate because I was hitting all accelerators with a fiscal quarter to go. Now it’s been 3 more layoffs and I’ve been referred to positions that were once eliminated by the position manager but not given an interview. Seems to be falling apart. Lacking direction and diversity of thought.

The company is moving through a cultural change with a new direction because communication API's are not enough to differentiate in today's market. The technology stack across CDP, Call Center, Account Security....the leadership team is all over the place with not a clear direction of who we want to be.
