It was a great company while I had a great manager. Part of the first round of layoffs it was unfortunate because I was hitting all accelerators with a fiscal quarter to go. Now it’s been 3 more layoffs and I’ve been referred to positions that were once eliminated by the position manager but not given an interview. Seems to be falling apart. Lacking direction and diversity of thought.

Overall Twilio pays a very high base salary and has a good OTE. However, it is very difficult to greatly exceed plans. Plans are constantly changing.
