Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee So far it’s trash, every customer is upset because of bad service, the bad service is a result of “veteran sales reps”, who’ve been here for years, just under measuring properties to sign the customer up with a price they like, but that just leads to the technician not being able to service the full lawn in time for their route, and that process just becomes a big cycle. I’ve see properties measured for 13,000+ sqft and they’re signed for 4,999 sqft or some bogus measurement that no technician wants to be deemed with for the day. This leads to new techs either having to be as sheisty as the last guy, (which is bad and more noticeable since the newbies got eyes on them. I’ve ran into multiple situations just like this, lost multiple sales since I refuse to follow the same cycle, and get crap for making no sales, while higher ups get to do any little thing they want cause they’re “killers”, yea, they’re killing the company honestly.
