Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Since October there have been 3 layoffs. The 2nd and 3rd swept under the rug. This place will stress you out to the point of completely doubting yourself. All of management are severely inexperienced and none of who I had to interact with actually knew how to speak to people. The CRO is probably the biggest loser there is and hides his insecurities within his ego. He is not open to anyone's input whatsoever. The managers all want you to kiss their feet, and they too are intimidated by their own subordinates simply because we have more common sense than them. The ship that set out to the Tropics is now looking like the Titanic. All they did here was pin people against each other and avoided any type of responsibility. The culture here is absolutely horrible. I'm thankful for Repvue being the more unfiltered version of Glassdoor where companies cant get these reviews deleted. So many people had their honest reviews removed from Glassdoor. For the lowest rated ones you see just look at the CEO's response - they are laughable. This company will be non existent a year from now. False sense of security here.
