Cult like culture, all of the bad glassdoor reviews are 100% accurate. Conducted layoffs right after an expensive company off-site and resumed hiring within the same month. Every person in leadership plays favorites and trust me, you will know if you are not favored. Lots of tribalism, the exact thing the CEO says isnt present at Tropic. The list goes on. Started off great but growing way too fast. There is a level of arrogance that has come in through the director of sales and the team is very cocky as they are right no matter what. Expect to work 60+ hours per week and have a deteriorating culture. Be very wary of the high ratings on here
