Back to ReviewsFormer Employee What type of backdoor relationship does Tropic have with Glassdoor?...The rate of comments being deleted is alarming and has been happening ever since the first layoff. These are current or ex employees giving their HONEST reviews of the company. The cat's already out of the bag, you cannot hide how toxic Tropic is. Ironically the last review i noticed deleted was a warning to actually look at the bad reviews because they are all true. These are not disgruntled ex employees, YES tropic seemed like such a great company but when the CEO put his foot in his mouth and exposed his true character its been downhill, fast. Plus the founders always speak of this "grand exit" and continuously told employees they want tropic to be the stepping stone to their next big move. This company will be nonexistent in the next 24-36 months. Former Employee Laid off after being a top performer for 2 years. So not a huge fan.
