They refuse to layer people which has inevitably led to leadership who are underqualified and care more about you genuflecting and drinking the kool aid than actual success and realisitic goals. Refuse to re-evaluate success metrics. Missed one month, then only hit 80% the following month, was told a pip was not a concern. This was not the case and was on one in december which turned into being let go the day after new years.
