Quota used to be attainable but not anymore. A lot of changes in compensation & leadership. Path to promotion used to be clear but not anymore. Compensation was lowered greatly mid quarter.

This company is unfortunately run by a group of egotistical white men. They say they are about transparency but it is selective transparency. They boast about their Glassdoor reviews- it’s easy to have great ones when you delete the bad ones.

Overall they miss the mark. They refuse to layer people which has inevitably led to leadership who are underqualified and care more about you genuflecting and drinking the kool aid than actual success and realisitic goals. 100%+ quarterly attainment every quarter but the last two. Two headcount reductions for two missed quarters: 1 CS oriented and 1 sales-oriented. Shifted approach in Q1 and on track for 100%+ again. Now, actively hiring again and hitting targets.
