This company is unfortunately run by a group of egotistical white men. They say they are about transparency but it is selective transparency. They boast about their Glassdoor reviews- it’s easy to have great ones when you delete the bad ones.

Absolutely working here. Everyone works so hard and really cares about the success of the company. We work so well cross-departmentally and that's all due to the fact that the leadership team sets clear goals and brings everyone together.

What type of backdoor relationship does Tropic have with Glassdoor?...The rate of comments being deleted is alarming and has been happening ever since the first layoff. The environment has been so depressing and dark as of lately. The curtain has been pulled back and everyone sees this company for what it truly is. I'm tired of looking at Glassdoor to see an honest review posted just for it to me mysteriously deleted shortly after.
