Messy company with no clear direction other than do everything within their power to beat the competitor. Product releases that barely function. High turnover on AM team. Tropic boasts about their culture and it’s all manipulation. Very cult like

Tropic is a great company. They have some work to do to figure out the best possible sales motion but they have the leadership in place to figure it out. I have no doubt they will succeed as a business

Quota used to be attainable but not anymore. A lot of changes in compensation & leadership. Path to promotion used to be clear but not anymore. Compensation was lowered greatly mid quarter.

Account Management practice is still very immature from an organizational standpoint. Over 50% turnover on the team in the first 6 months of this year. The director was let go and I believe there is still no leader in place. This is a good opportunity for a young, very hungry sales professional.
