You will be gaslighted daily, micromanaged by leadership often, not trusted to do your job, and then you’ll be quietly fired for no reason at all or publicly fired the next time the company makes a bad decision in “pursuit of excellence!” Tropic gives you zero growth opportunities unless you’re in product/eng. Everyone operates in silos and management doesn’t communicate with ICs, but it’ll be your fault if something slips through the cracks. My direct manager blatantly lies to us and provides no training. Unless you want to be set up for failure and thrown into the water to sink or swim, I’d avoid this place like the plague. Much better software out there to sell.
