They don't care about your growth. And you have to play the political game & be a yes man to maintain, nevermind advance, your career here.

In Q4, highest-performing AE closed ~$270K in deals and the team did so badly overall that they fired 50% of reps. Leadership lies. Product doesn’t work. Culture of fear.
