Poor, cult-like leadership. They claimed the last round of layoffs were "performance-based" but 3 of them were on paternity leave. Product is questionable. They don't care about your growth. And you have to play the political game & be a yes man to maintain, nevermind advance, your career here.

Overall they miss the mark. They refuse to layer people which has inevitably led to leadership who are underqualified and care more about you genuflecting and drinking the kool aid than actual success and realisitic goals. Messy company with no clear direction other than do everything within their power to beat the competitor. Product releases that barely function. High turnover on AM team. Tropic boasts about their culture and it’s all manipulation. Very cult like
