Asked to lie about product functionality by leadership constantly. CRO and CEO completely changed sales strategy, missed quota by more than 50% two quarters in a row, then let go half the sales reps and said it was a skill issue. 0 manager feedback, they promote each other every quarter though.

As of 2023, product strategy now changes every six months (on purpose). Fine, but it means reps aren’t making money anymore. In Q4, highest-performing AE closed ~$270K in deals and the team did so badly overall that they fired 50% of reps. Leadership lies. Product doesn’t work. Culture of fear.
