Cult like culture, all of the bad glassdoor reviews are 100% accurate. Conducted layoffs right after an expensive company off-site and resumed hiring within the same month. Every person in leadership plays favorites and trust me, you will know if you are not favored. Lots of tribalism, the exact thing the CEO says isnt present at Tropic. The list goes on. This workplace is not healthy for anyone's mental well-being.

Really fun team. Actually acts like a team, which is rare in sales. Performing well. Went through some changes last year, but cooking now.

As of 2023, product strategy now changes every six months (on purpose). Fine, but it means reps aren’t making money anymore. In Q4, highest-performing AE closed ~$270K in deals and the team did so badly overall that they fired 50% of reps. Leadership lies. Product doesn’t work. Culture of fear.
