Unfortunately I was a part of a 25% company-wide layoff just 4 months in a Triple Whale. Overall I had a great experience and the layoff came as a surprise. The direct sales leadership is great and very helpful. Inbound lead flow is great. Biggest issues are around customer retention due to Month-to-month contracting. - Incredible company to grow at and with - true product market fit (not once, but multiple times). - fun, understanding and reasonable team - great leadership on product and sales side - growth every year - wouldn't want to work anywhere else

There is product market fit but recently they changed pricing to be lower which required double the amount of closed deals to hit attainment. As well as adding a free version that added about 4k users in 2 months but $0 MRR. Marketing sends 1-2 emails A DAY which kills outreach for prospects and they ultimately opt out.
